FELIX JOSEPH
Felix is represented by 333 Management.
Felix cut his teeth in his teens, working as a studio assistant for Madness. This gave him an early education and experience, with analogue equipment and classic recording techniques.
He is equally comfortable in the world of beats and synths. Growing up immersed in Hip Hop & RnB, he is now respected by a broad church of creators in that space, on both sides of the Atlantic.
Connection with the artist is everything for Felix, this continues to shape his approach to the writing and recording process and has manifested in releases with an encyclopaedic list of projects including: AJ Tracey, Burna Boy, CASisDEAD, Doja Cat, FKA Twigs, Goldlink, Jorja Smith, Leon Bridges, Mahalia, Olivia Dean, Pa Salieu, Tendai, Wiki and more.
His natural affinity with artists has seen him take on major Executive Production roles, including Mahalia’s Love & Compromise and Pa Salieu’s acclaimed Send Them to Coventry and Afrikan Alien — the latter earning a prestigious Mercury Prize nomination. Felix's Production and Songwriting continues to receive widespread recognition, numerous awards and further accolades, with 3 Ivor Novello nominations (2 x Best Contemporary Song and Best Album) and a Grammy Nomination in 2025 (Best Album).
Outside of the studio, Felix is a keen photographer, with the versatility to channel his incisive creative vision through the lens. His photography credits include artwork and album covers, shot on behalf of various artists he has collaborated with over the years.
Regarded as something of an enigma in the UK music scene, he is a perfectionist, often uncompromising but always striving for something beautiful.
